HOSE REPAIR.
DONE IN THE FIELD.
Our planned services focus on common hydraulic hose failures and replacements. The goal is a correctly identified, assembled and inspected hose—not guesswork at the crimper.
Mobile hydraulic hose fabrication
Fabricate replacement hydraulic hose assemblies at the jobsite when the correct hose, fittings and tooling are available. Hose series, fitting compatibility, assembly length, end orientation and crimp specifications matter. They are not interchangeable details.
On-site hose replacement
Remove and replace accessible, failed or deteriorated hydraulic hoses when the machine is safely shut down and the system properly depressurized. Routing, bend radius, clamp points and abrasion protection receive attention as part of a sound repair.
Inspection & assembly QC
Inspect hose condition, fitting style, identification and dimensions. Completed assemblies receive appropriate visual and dimensional checks. Hydrostatic proof testing or formal certification, when required, will be referred to a qualified external test provider rather than represented as routine on-truck certification.
Fitting identification
Help identify common hydraulic end connections and hose requirements from the failed assembly, equipment information, legible hose markings or safe measurements. Uncertain or specialty applications may require further confirmation before assembly.
Preventive hose replacement
Plan replacement of hoses with visible wear, damaged cover, leaking fittings or problematic routing before the next failure stops a machine. Selection still depends on the manufacturer’s specifications and application demands.
THE TOOLS. THE COMPONENTS.
THE ACTUAL WORK.
These image positions are reserved for photographs of our real equipment, assemblies and procedures once the mobile workshop is ready.
What we need to start
- Equipment make, model and function of the failed line
- Jobsite city or nearest major road
- Clear photos of the hose, hose markings and both ends (if safe to take)
- Any pressure, temperature or fluid requirements in the equipment documentation
Fit matters more than speed alone.
Speed means nothing if the wrong fitting or hose fails again. We intend to use compatible components and manufacturer crimp data, with careful inspection and dimensional QC. Specialty, high-consequence or certification-required assemblies may need off-site work or referral.
